SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Gentle Abs. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a second email with your tracking details.

SHIPPING TIMES & RATES
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during busy periods, sales, or due to circumstances outside our control such as carrier delays, customs processing, or weather.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship worldwide. If we are unable to deliver to your location, you'll be notified at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to become active.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.

LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please get in touch and we'll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
